Susannah spoke for us in December 2024 as part of International Day of Persons with Disabilities. Her talk was engaging and inspiring, with a focus on her Paralympic career and how it shaped her as a person. It was fantastic to also hear about Susannah’s career in disability advocacy and it welcomed a wider conversation about disability inclusion within the workplace, which was valued and insightful for our employees. Susannah is a fantastic speaker with an incredible story behind her – seeing her Gold medal was a particular bonus!
