Sean Fitzpatrick

Sean Fitzpatrick, is a former rugby union player who represented New Zealand, and is widely regarded as one of the finest players ever to come from that country.

Sean’s presentations allow corporations to draw their own analogies from his leadership expertise in order to develop their businesses. Sean draws on his own experiences to assist our clients to be the best they can be!

Sean Fitzpatrick uses rugby as a starting point, allowing the audience to think about where and how insights into playing the game at the highest level can be applied to their business and situations. The sessions are catalysts to get them thinking. It allows them to look at their business using analogy and example. This has the advantage of ensuring that the same business can be looked at a number of different ways, with fresh thoughts and new perspectives.

Sean Fitzpatrick ensures that the focus is on the client’s business – whether the session is with the company’s Senior Management, new Graduate employees, specific departments, or part of an Executive Committee or Main Board Meeting.

Sean Fitzpatrick is the co-Founder & Director of The Front Row Group of Companies, which includes the sport-to-business leadership company Front Row Leadership – offering consultation, leadership and motivational advice to senior global management at companies such as Microsoft, Renaissance Capital, Hewlett Packard, Nestle, Saatchi & Saatchi, General Motors, Heinz and many more.
