A great morning of training with so many helpful tools to implement in school to support staff and pupil well-being. Fred is very friendly and approachable and her knowledge of well-being is vast.
Katie Robinson, Acting Headteacher, Lamplugh CE School
We were delighted to have Frederika speak at the International Positive Education Network’s Ultimate Wellbeing in Education Conference in October. The talk was well attended, I received only excellent feedback and saw Fred’s name repeatedly in our delegates’ lists of favourite speakers for the day. Frederika’s knowledge of positive education and wellbeing in schools is extensive, but what come across when she speaks is her absolute passion for ensuring current and future generations, of students are fully equipped for their lives socially, emotionally and academically. I would not hesitate to recommend Frederika.
