In 2002, Andy set record stage times for a gruelling 300 mile solo triathlon challenge, linking London and Paris via an English Channel swim.

A decade later, he turned his focus to pioneering work within the prison system, helping to build bridges between staff and prisoners, while also engaging the corporate world in this powerful journey of reform and understanding.

With 25 yearsโ€™ experience running his own business, Andy Mouncey works with clients across all sectors, focusing on three key themes:
