Jez Rose began his career in the NHS and worked as a comedy performer before studying psychology and behaviour and lecturing widely as a qualified further education teacher on everyday applications of psychology to help positively change behaviour. Today, Jez Rose  travels extensively working with many different organisations, from pharmaceutical to public sector companies, from teachers to sales forces, teaching behavioural change, excellence in customer service and how to harness the power of people. His seminars and workshops inspire and teach individuals real-world, useful skills and techniques to prepare for an ever-changing work environment.

I just thought I would drop you a quick line to say how much I enjoyed your style of presentation to the company during the couple of days you were involved with us. I also do a fair amount of presenting and found myself taking a good deal of written and mental notes on your approach, which is something I rarely do (I even managed to slip a few of your points into my own delivery the following day).
I have seen a fair few guest presenters/motivational speakers, etc. They usually start well but fade into a predictable, book-promoting and self-promoting trend, I feel. This, you most certainly did not, and it was very refreshing to see. You were also bloody funny, which helps.

We wanted to provide an "excellent customer experience" for our clients and having attended one of Jez Rose's vibrant lectures on customer service, and read his excellent book, asked Jez to carry out a customer service audit. Jez attended the Centre in Honiton and assessed the areas for improvement. He then e-mailed the recommendations through, and these were actioned accordingly.
We were prepared to be told we were doing things wrong, and made a promise to ourselves that we would be open minded, but in the end we need not have worried so much, Jez Rose only wanted what was best for us and our business, and he approached the whole thing with enthusiasm, knowledge and wit to put us at our ease, when we were unsure about something, he simply explained the "why". 
We instigated a client feedback card, and ran this for 6 weeks prior to him coming, and on average our scoring was "good to very good", after we had changed the practice to reflect Jez's ideas the client feedback cards all read "very good to excellent", and we usually now ask people why we only achieve a good rating if they have marked us as such.
We certainly would not hesitate in recommending Jez Rose to others (as long as you are not our direct competition!).
