The PRO-ACTIVE London Awards evening, is a prestigious annual celebration of those coaches, officials and volunteers from across the capital, who enable so many people to participate in sport and physical activity.

Alan was our inspirational speaker at this years event and he gave a humorous, inspirational and thought provoking account  of the development of Mo Farah, from school boy cross country runner through to Olympic champion.

It was an excellent speech that was very well received from a large audience of people  and I  would strongly recommend him to you for similar public speaking engagements.
