Elysium III is a classical crossover group made up of mezzo soprano Ceri Ann Gregory from Wales, New Zealand soprano Amelia Whiteman and mezzo soprano Annalise Whittlesea from Somerset. The girls, who trained at the Royal College of Music, the Royal Academy of Music, the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, and The Vlaamse Opera Studio in Gent, Belgium, were brought together through a love of music, wine and song.

After entering the corporate world around 5 years ago, singing Operatic Arias and Show Stoppers in 3 part Harmony, always striving to be fresh, the Girls decided that they wanted to bring something unique to the table. Deciding to take 3 years out to deliver two very diverse albums, Elysium III were back!

They joined forces with an ambition to perform new and uniquely accessible interpretations of legendary and timeless orchestral pieces, using their remarkable vocal talents and gift for seamless harmonies to re-imagine the great works of Beethoven, Mozart, Bach, Handel and Chopin and to present these operatic standards to a mainstream audience. 'Beloved Symphony' was born.

Having performed around the globe, Elysium III swiftly recorded Beloved Symphony, vocally arranged by the girls themselves and their producer Ben Robbins at Dean street Studios, Soho, London. Two examples from this album are Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata, where the Girls adapted a letter that Beethoven had written to his Beloved, now called 'Immortal Beloved and Mendelssohn's Fingal's Cave, where the Girls adapted lyrics from The Legend of Fingal.

While driving home from a live performance, when they heard Rainbow's Since You've Been Gone blasting from the car radio, immediately they hatched the second part of their master plan. With the beautiful symbiosis of their three voices, the lavish and explosive bombast of a full orchestra and the undeniable power and soul of classic rock, Elysium III were reborn as rock'n'roll divas par excellence.

Following a tradition that Glee started, propelling genuinely classic rock songs back into the charts, from Bad company's Feel like Makin' Love, Johnny Farnham's You're The Voice, Rainbow's Since You've Been Gone to Boston's More Than a Feeling, Elysium III have breathed new life into these songs with orchestral arrangements.

They were swiftly signed by Universal/Island records and now await patiently for this long awaited album 'Rock Diva' to be released!!!

Elysium III have performed at many diverse events, including singing on the pitch at Twickenham, alongside Rhydian on his own television show, music festivals, to wowing audiences at the 02 Arena in amongst the horses at The Gaucho Polo match. Dubai is also a favourite performing haunt for the Girls along with The Royal Albert Hall, Blenheim Palace, The Grosvenor, The Dorchester and the Celtic Manor to name but a few.

Mixing both albums, together with Classic Operatic Arias from Carmen, Samson and Dalilah, Turandot, Madama Butterfly etc and Sporting Anthems like Jerusalem, World in Union, Nessun Dorma, You'll never Walk Alone, the repertoire is endless. Usually performed with fully Orchestrated Backing Tracks but can accommodate other scenarios, eg live piano/orchestra.
